Following which we worked closely with the design team to establish an aesthetically desirable specification and marketing campaign. In an early transaction Canadian Broadcasting Company committed to a 10 year lease without break. Approaching completion tech innovator YuMe was identified and an off market deal was agreed at a premium rent of £69.50 / sq ft.
