Brief: Following an extensive programme of works involving the construction of four duplex luxury apartments our client instructed Edward Charles & Partners to market the 3rd floor offices. The building was originally constructed in 1925 for the printing of railway ticket and like many industrial buildings of the time it enjoys a generous floor to ceiling height and large windows give the space fantastic natural light. As a result of our marketing campaign we were able to secure Virgin who required additional space to another building nearby in Paddington. The letting captured a significant reversion to market value and set a new tone for the building and future lettings.
