Andrew joined Edward Charles & Partners from University in 1998, having obtained a first class honours degree. In 2000 he moved to Jones Lang LaSalle where he worked within the Landlord & Tenant department, achieving RICS professional qualification, before re-joining the company in May 2001.
He now specialises in all aspects of West End office agency, working with landlord clients including Lazari Investments, Prestbury Investment Holdings, Amsprop, Henderson Global Investors, Premier Property Group, Threadneedle Investments and Wereldhave Property Corporation Plc as well as prestigious occupiers such as the Morgan Sindall Plc group of companies, Creston Plc, Faberge and a number of successful finance houses.
