David joined Edward Charles in 1989 and now heads the Landlord and Tenant team.
Edward Charles and Partners won the Professional Agency Team of the Year Award at the Property Awards in 2004. David was named one of the top 10 review surveyors in Britain by Property Week in June 2008.
With over 20 years experience of the Central London rent review and lease renewal world, David regularly acts as an expert witness in arbitration and court proceedings. He is also involved in agency matters and acts as property adviser to a number of major property investors and occupiers. Clients include Comic Relief, IVG, Bluecrest Capital, Derwent London Plc, Ascent Media Group and Transport for London.
David is a voluntary Board member of London based Housing Association, Origin Group and Chair of its commercial subsidiary, Origin Properties Ltd.
In recent years he has been appointed by some of Central London’s leading property specialists to advise on the rent reviews of their own premises, including CBRE, DTZ, Briant Champion Long and Lambert Smith Hampton.
