    After a lengthy search MediaCom, advised by Edward Charles, have found a new home in the former Cable & Wireless headquarters. Since vacating C&W undertook a comprehensive refurbishment and MediaCom signed up for 68,000 sq ft on a lease until 2014 at a rental of £32.50 per sq ft. Group M, the parent company that oversees all the media buying interests of WPP, will also occupy part of the building.
