Converse UK Headquarters
Converse, part of the Nike stable of retail businesses, have taken two floors at the Charlotte Building, Gresse Street, W1. Edward Charles & Partners advised on the acquisition.

Converse will occupy the 2nd and 3rd floors comprising 14,866 sq ft. They took a 10 year lease with a tenant break option after the 5th year.
