The Bedford Estates, the largest private landowner in London’s Bloomsbury district, is delighted to welcome Tempo Cap Ltd and Invennt Ltd to 29B Montague Street. They have taken the recently refurbished Garden and 1st Floors respectively. The commercial Estate is now, once again, fully let.

The Bedford Estates is one of the capital’s landed estates, covering some 30 acres, and includes commercial offices, homes, shops, restaurants and hotels as well as garden squares plus tranquil spaces despite the city centre location. It is part of the holdings of the 15th Duke of Bedford, famous for Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire, which has been the seat of the Russell Family since 1547.

The Bedford Estates has an ambitious asset management programme for its London properties. It will invest £50 million for long-term benefits in the commercial, residential, retail and hospitality portfolios over the next ten years.
